The FrontEndART Monitor software and related documentation is provided by FrontEndART "as is" and without any express or implied warranties, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement of third parties intellectual property rights. FrontEndART does not guarantee the correctness of any data available through the web-based interface of the software, and the continuous availability of such data. FrontEndART reserves the rights to modify any available data without prior notice, if such modification is made for corrective purposes. You bear all risk as to the quality and performance of this software.

Proprietary rights and restrictions. The software is owned by FrontEndART and is protected by international laws and treaty provisions. By registering for this service you acknowledge the ownership rights of FrontEndART. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the software.

Limitation of liability. IN NO EVENT WILL FRONTENDART BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR ANY DATA SUPPLIED THEREWITH EVEN IF FRONTENDART OR ANYONE ELSE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
